Manager - Legal - Hospitality

Reviewing/ Managing -Red-lining/ Drafting various business agreements, property related agreements, API agreements, Vendor agreements (domestic & overseas), IPR agreements, transportation, service agreements, consultancy agreements, payment gateway, marketing alliances, etc.

- Coordinating with internal business teams and negotiating with external legal teams for final closure of agreements.

- Managing relevant provisions of law & latest case laws for handling different existing issues of the company.

- Handling Leave and License/Lease deeds and settlement deeds.

- IPR infringement notices/ oppositions and suit filing

- Providing advisory on various legal issues

- Coordinating with lawyers and concerned departments on pending matters before different authorities, licenses etc. as and when required.

- The company is a leading ecommerce co. Looking for 2-5 years non litigation Legal experience from a Premier Institute
