- Drafting/vetting of Service Level Agreements/other agreements

- Drafting of policies and other documentation

- Collaborate with stakeholders and account owners / Departments on legal and data protection requirements.

- Provide Counsel, Assistance and Support in creation of structures and for ethical and legal compliances and support enforcement of Legal policies that are applicable across multiple business units.

- Handling legal matters related to NBHFC/HFC companies, contracts

- Handling legal related digitization matters
