Manager - Legal - Healthcare - LLB/LLM/CS

LLB / LLM (Preferably with CS) with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, from Big and reputed MNC organizations having experience and responsible for :

1. Providing legal counsel in a business environment

2. strictly following laws and regulations by the organization

3. Ensuring legal conformity and minimize the probability of exposure.

4. Advising various business verticals and functions on legal issues

5. Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability

6. Strategizing and formulating litigation

7. Handling court cases independently

8. Draft, negotiate and manage the agreements, contracts, MoU's, LoI's, and other legal documents

9. Providing clarification on legal language or specifications

10. Draft and vetting court pleadings, legal notices, responses to legal notices

11. Training and preparation of policies and procedures

12. Keeping abreast with the latest happenings and amendments in legislation

13. Ability/experience in offering proactive advice on potential legal issues

14. Well-versed with contract law, civil and criminal laws, corporate law, and procedures.

15. Profile's should be well versed with team-leading roles

16. Profile will require to work 80% on legal aspects and rest on CS activities.
