- Draft, review & negotiate contracts viz. Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Statement of Work etc. - Draft and review of real estate related documentation viz. Lease Deeds, Rental Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Termination Notices, Extension Notices etc. - Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management. - Advise management on legal risks and courses of action. - Assist business teams in Request for Proposal/ Bid, Tender related documentation. - Prior experience in liaising with external counsels. - Assistance in reviewing of Written Statements, Plaints, Writ Petitions etc., drafting of replies to legal notices. - Review of internal policy documentation viz. Whistle Blower Policy etc. - Advising Human Resources in compliances related to labour law and statute. - Knowledge of Court procedure is preferred. - Monitoring of compliance with statutory obligations and compile/manage compliance MIS. - Any other duty / duties as may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
