Manager - Legal - FMCG/Retail

1. Drafting and vetting agreements and other legal documents including power backup & supply agreement, maintenance agreement, society handover agreement, vendor agreements, MOUs, Settlement deeds, etc.

2. Providing support to outside counsels in various cases in Consumer Forums, High Courts and other tribunals.

3. Skills and abilities in doing research and keeping the company up to date, and maintaining a database of the ever changing laws applicable to real estate, labour, company laws, etc.

4. Providing research based opinions on various issues arising in the company to various departments in their day to day working.

5. Knowledge of real estate laws (central and U.P. State laws), company law, labour laws, compliances for a company particularly a real estate company.

7. Drafting notices, replies, emails, etc. having legal implications arising in the usual course of the working of the company.

8. Candidates with quality experience in litigation management, Corporate law, Legal Compliances, Arbitration are preferred.
