Manager - Legal - FMCG/Pharma

Company: One of the Leading & Growing Personal/Skin Care FMCG Company

Role: LEGAL Manager

Location: Mumbai

Male Candidate is preferred for the role.

IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Act as a liaison between the company and external legal counsels

- Collaborate with internal departments ensuring that the company's legal requirements are met

- Drafting and vetting various types of Agreements, Legal Notices, MOU's, NDA's and Apply for various business licenses, registration of trademarks , terms and conditions for E-Commerce Platforms and Websites

- Conduct extensive legal research and handle compliances

- Consult the company on compliance and legal issues buy conducting due diligence

- Formulating, finalizing, executing and registering various legal aspects

- Represent company before court and/or government personnels

- Interaction and Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities like Collector, MHADA, SRA,MCGM, Revenue Authorities , Tahsildar, Talathi ,TILR, DILR, Collector of Stamp, Special Land Acquisition Officer

- Ensure the submission of all relevant documents and follows up with the various Government/Regulatory departments

- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
