Manager - Legal - Financial Services - LLB/LLM

- Should support in finance, banking, M&A and investment legal work. Will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating of loan facilities, M&A and investment transactions. 

- Should counsel business teams on payments and financial regulatory frameworks and market expansion. Should be able to collaborate with teams on issues related to regulatory compliance, product development and commercialization. Implementation of the required legal processes.

- Should have knowledge of international laws and regulations dealing with financial services, and marketing.

- Should have worked on the debt cum capital market and M&A deals. Experience in regulatory matters in the fintech / financial services space.

- LLB/LLM working either in a law firm dealing with financial services, fintech, payments or as in house legal manager.
