Manager - Legal - Energy Sector

We are hiring for one of our client in Delhi- Energy sector.

Candidates from Oil&Gas/Power/Energy/Infrastructure can apply for the same.

Please find below the JD :

To draft/review and negotiate all commercial and business agreements/contracts/MOUs etc. of the company, its subsidiaries and joint ventures (- Energy Sector- ).

- To provide legal support/ assistance and to ensure smooth closure of various fund raising (including capital and debt market transactions), asset purchase & sale, mergers and acquisitions, investments and bidding activities/transactions of the Energy Sector.

- To inform/alert the business teams on the various risks/compliances involved under an agreement for the business teams to make an informed decision.

- To provide timely legal research support on various corporate and investment laws for the business teams to make an informed decision.

- In addition to the above, responsible to keep track of all the change in the corporate and investment laws and to update the business team accordingly.

Salary offered : 14 - 15 LPA
