Job Description : - Drafting and vetting legal contracts, agreements, including those relating to lease, leave and license, sale/purchase, non-disclosure agreements, vendor/service contracts, and other legal documents. - Practical knowledge of real estate laws and Trademark will be an added advantage - Working knowledge of litigation is a must - Managing Trademark and copyrights applications and matters - Managing legal notices, reply and other correspondences - Preparing synopsis of the litigation matter and maintain and update records of court cases, liase, instruct and supervise external attorneys - Maintaining various MIS for assignment handled, Contract renewal, custody of contracts/original documents - Give advice on applicable laws, rules, regulations - Working knowledge of Company Law will be added advantage though no mandatory
