Key Skills Required :

- Minimum 4 to 6 years corporate experience in IT firm

- Applies professional judgement based on analysis of quantitative data and information

- Required to structure and negotiate International IT business transactions

- Draft transactional documents

- Perform legal research

- Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal documents

- Coordinating with external counsels

- Negotiate and close procurement contracts.

- Advises senior management about contractual risks which can create legal and/or business risk

Education : LLB/LL.M.
