Manager - Legal - Corporate Commercial Contracts - Law Firm

Reporting to Head of Corporate Advisory

Role & Responsibility :

- Preparation/review, negotiation and finalisation and life cycle management of all commercial contracts including but not limited to JV agreements, technology transfer agreements, international agreements, M&A agreements and contract with vendors, clients, employees

- Draft, review or structure agreements to mitigate the risks of the Business

- Provide support for corporate re-organization initiatives, M&A

- Understanding of tax laws would be desirable

- Working with People and ability to work as part of team

- Strong results orientation

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work without dependency on outside counsels.

- Advise business on sale of goods/transfer of property/competition law/environment/cyber/packaging/Ecommerce and general corporate law matters

- Support the organization in acquisition/disposition initiatives and handle issues arising out of Joint Ventures

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of commercial contracts
