Manager - Legal - Construction Firm

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Looking for 7-12 Years of end to end experience in legal activities.

2. Must have experience in litigation matters, contract reviews, negotiations and in corporate matters .

3. Should have experience in IP agreements, IPR litigation matters, patents and trademark.

4. Should able to manage overseas agents, licensing agreements and consultancy agreements.
