Manager - Legal & Compliance - Business House

- Our client is a reputed Business house having interest in Automobile, Financial Services, Logistics, IT & real estate. For after maret sector of automobile, the client is looking for Manager - Legal & Compliance.

JD :

- Contract Management (Drafting, vetting, review of complex commercial contracts from various in-house business verticals like Distribution, Franchise, HR, Marketing, Business Development, IT, HR)

- Monitoring all kind of litigations and co-ordinating with external lawyers (Matters like civil, criminal, arbitration, IPR, consumer matters)

- Support and resolve legal related queries of different Business functions

- Interpret contracts and advice concerned managers on contractual responsibilities

- Provide sound legal advice to company and make recommendations to management as necessary

- Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas
