Manager - Legal & Company Secretary - FMCG

Candidate should have done CS and LLB Education.(Mandatory)

- Good knowledge & expertise in Corporate laws, Corporate Governance, Industrial Laws (e.g. Factories act / Industrial disputes act etc), Employment Laws, Public Liability Insurance Act and other FMCG related laws (eg. Essential Commodities Act, Food Safety and Standards Act, Rules and Regulatios, Legal Metrology Act and Rules, Intellectual Property including Trade Marks, Patent Act, Copyright Act etc).

- Good Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA / RBI guidelines, Maintaining MIS reports.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint is a must have

Candidate from FMCG industry preferred.
