Manager - Legal & Company Secretary - FMCG

Job Profile:-

1. Drafting and vetting of all types of agreements like Distribution Agreement, Franchisee Agreements, Lease Agreements and other International and Domestic Agreements.

2. Wide experience of handling Legal Affairs of Companies.

3. Closely worked with Lawyers of the Company in respect of various cases/ litigation for and against the company, collating various documents, papers and information required for the same.

4. Defend cases filed under Consumer Protection Act.

5. Defend cases filed under Debt Recovery Tribunal.

6. Examine, inspect and guide all legal matters related to Company's business activities and plans.
