Legal Collection Manager- NBFC - Bangalore

- LLB Mandate

- Experience in Home loans or Mortgages

- Ensure normalization of customers by getting all the EMIs collected

- Assigning branch wise targets and ensure achievement of the same

- Coordinate with legal teams for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters and dealing with
enforcement agencies for filing cases under SARFAESI Act

- Meeting the target on cost of collections by ensuring lower flows to higher buckets and through right pricing for agencies

- Conduct field visits for dispute cases and high profile customers

- Design incentive plan for Recovery officers and agencies; ensure achievement of the same

- Conduct weekly review and provide support to branch teams in prioritizing critical/high value collection case

- Continuous monitoring of collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities

- Ensuring audit queries are complied with, ensuring corrective and preventive actions
