Job Details:

- Expertise in General Civil Litigation, Recovery Matters and also experience in corporate side as Legal personnel /Advocate /Lawyer.

- Involved in, both, Litigation and Corporate practice, for more than 3 years of legal practice.

- Recovery matters in both Criminal Side and Civil Side as well as under D.R.T,Act & SARFEASI Act and 138 N.I. Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act etc.

- Recovery in both Civil as well as in the Criminal way for early fruit for the company.

- To help in the Negotiation process and an amicable, out of Court settlement for Pre-Litigation and Post-litigation.

- Briefing lawyers on the panel of the company for cases pending before different courts/tribunals/forums.

- Responsible for Collection of many delinquent customers' trough legal tools.
