Hiring for Manager Legal Claim ( MACT ) - Mumbai, Experience 4 - 9 Years at General Insurance Company

Job Description :

Candidate will be responsible for handling the following responsibilities :

- Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims and other legal related issues

- Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims

- Leading the team in effective handling of the legal claims

- Strategize for effective handling/management of legal claims

- Adherence to internal processes and external regulations

- Ensure effective implementation of processes set by the company and department

- Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims

- Training to the team and internal customers on legal developments and enactments

- Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts and other regulatory and administrative bodies

- Guiding departments on actionable to reduce the litigation

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be as LLB having total experience of 4-9 years out of which minimum 2 years experience in handling MACT Cases, Consumer Litigation, Ombudsman Cases & Third Party Claims.

- He / She should have experience of handling Team.

- Candidate having experience in General Insurance Industry will be as added advantage.

- He should be a good team player, Good Leadership Skills, Good Written and verbal Communication, Planning and organizing, Excellent legal domain in various laws including insurance, consumer, motor accidents, civil, criminal, arbitration etc

- Interpersonal Effectiveness & Ability to influence, High Result orientation.
