Manager - Legal - BFSI Industry

We are looking for a Legal Manager, who would have around 5 to 8 years of experience in Contact Management and recently 2-3 years' experience in NBFC / BFSI / Banking sector.

Job Description:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Drafting, Vetting of Agreements and Contract Management and recent 2-3 years' experience in NBFC / BFSI sector.

- Drafting, Vetting, Reviewing of Master Service Agreements, Lender & Borrower reements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MOU, Supplementary Agreements etc.

- Analyse and identify legal risks and implications

- Drafting, Vetting of Customer communications i.e. emails, SMS etc.

- Drafting, Vetting of advertisement materials, Schemes, Contests etc.

- Prepare and send legal notices to the customers / vendors

- Day to day advice, legal assistance to various departments w.r.t. applicable laws specifically RBI Rules and Regulation to minimize company's liability, to protect its interests.

- Keep track of all open items and agreed timelines; ensure that the tracker is updated regularly and presented weekly.
