Manager - Legal (Collections). Candidate having prior experience in NBFC/Banks - Finance &amp; Accounts would be preferred. Below would be role &amp; responsibilities : - Expertise in handling cases of loan recoveries from individuals, large &amp; small sized companies (dealers) - Knowledge &amp; understanding of the Collection Processes. - Well versed with Injunctions, Specific Relief Laws, Money suits, Mortgage Suits, arbitration, Executions &amp; Negotiable Instruments act. - Efficient in handling &amp; initiating legal actions against defaulters / insolvent clients. - Efficient in drafting &amp; vetting of letters &amp; documents. - Proficient in preparing Legal Notices of all kinds, Plaints, Written statements, Writ Petitions, Appeals, Case Papers, Affidavits for legal proceedings. - Liasoning &amp; attending Government Departments, Courts &amp; Police Station to ensure compliance and in crisis management. - Work closely with credit, collections &amp; sales teams nationally - Effective networking skills and Vendor management (Advocates &amp; Associate management) - Interpersonal &amp; communication skills, ready to work in cross functional teams. - Ability to deal and interact with different levels of people and to effectively manage the advocates. - Efficient around legal process and identify areas of work on process improvement on ongoing basis. - Efficient in systems &amp; procedure and to maintain MIS, files.
