Manager - Legal - BFS

Looking for a law graduate from a reputed law school in India

- The candidate should have 1-3 years PQE in structuring deals, drafting, negotiating and finalising debt instruments, LAP, LAS, LRD transactions.

- The candidate should have a good understanding of contract laws, interpretation of statutes, security related laws and processes, NBFC and banking regulations, SARFAESI, Companies Act and IBC.

- The candidate will require to coordinate with borrowers and internal/external teams for the purpose of finalising the deals.

- The candidate will be assisting the reporting manager on various on-going issues and provide relevant regulatory updates from time to time

- The role will involve reviewing and vetting of documents and managing MIS etc.
