Manager - Legal - B2B FinTech

Legal Manager - B2B Fintech - Gurgaon - CA/MBA 6-7 years

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Drafting, Vetting of Agreements and Contract Management and a recent 2-3 years experience in the NBFC / BFSI sector.

- Drafting, Vetting, and Reviewing Master Service Agreements, Lender & Borrower agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MOU, Supplementary Agreements etc.

- Analyse and identify legal risks and implications

- Drafting and vetting of Customer communications i.e. emails, SMS etc.

- Drafting and vetting of advertisement materials, Schemes, Contests etc.

- Prepare and send legal notices to the customers/vendors

- Day-to-day advice, and legal assistance to various departments w.r.t. applicable laws specifically RBI Rules and Regulation to minimize the company's liability, and to protect its interests.

- Keep track of all open items and agreed timelines; ensure that the tracker is updated regularly and presented weekly.
