- Prepare & update the MIS & leasing tracker, highlight any red flag issues; prepare weekly mall occupancy report
- Maintain updated plans of all malls operational & upcoming
- Co-ordinate with heads of project, leasing, architecture etc on store layout changes
- Attend retailer meetings & carry all required data & analyse leasing presentations
- Ensure optimum mall occupancy & revenue maximization, by driving leasing plan as per the right category mix at optimum prices
- Manage pre-opening like finalizing the zoning plan on the basis of mall layout, identify the potential list of retailers/brands to be approached, etc
- Approach the relevant personnel from the targeted list of brands, brief them about the mall and provide the brand information sheet to them
- Oversee drafting & finalizing Leave and License Agreement as per mutual agreement
- Manage post-opening wrt expansion plans, area of store required etc., undertake the revamp of the tenant/brand/category mix on a periodic basis
- Plan for retailer renewals based on their performance, upcoming requirements & modifications in the zoning plan; rework rates to ensure revenue maximization
- Maintain good retailer relationships by interacting with their Business Development team, understanding their issues, etc
