Assistance in Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement and RFP management

- Support in increasing the prospect base for commercial office space leasing

- Relationship building with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities

- Effective utilization of Trade bodies memberships through promotions,sponsorship, events etc.

- Use online research tools to generate prospective leads

Support Commercial Negotiations and Deal Closure:

- Assist in execution of legal documentation and commencement of transaction

- Support conclusion of ongoing commercial transactions for multi- tenanted buildings, Build-to-suit, and Community/Social Infra, retail, and F&B spaces.

Support Marketing and Branding

- Assistance in creation of all requisite marketing collateral (Print and digital)

- Support in smooth and effective functioning of the experiential sales center

Customer Engagement

- Responsible for client site visits

- Preparation of satisfactory responses to customer queries

Internal Stakeholder Management

- Responsible for legal documentation (License, CAM Agreement)

- Interaction with Accounts and finance for transaction and billing structure

- Design and Project - technical details, client query management

- Operations - From technical standpoint, transactional commencement
