Our client is a venture funded start-up serving the $6Bn Indian Chai market. They are redefining how chai is consumed in a huge unorganized growing market - currently there are at 8 cafes in Delhi NCR, they are providing chai on demand through disposable kettles (and partnerships with Ola Cafe, Grofers, etc) and have created their own blends of premium desi chais. They are looking to aggressively grow to 60 cafes across 4 cities within the next year.

JD :

- At least 4+ yrs of exp as trainer in hotel industry

- Experience in training the employees about the food product

- Able to motivate the juniors

- Able to keep the quality check

- Should have learning and development bent of mind

Desired :

- People working with good 4star- 5star hotels

- People working with Large Pizza chain
