Incumbent will have end-to-end responsibility of driving digital learning for all employees for the organization 5. Understand and prior experience in digital platforms is a must 6. Industry - Consulting only Job description : - To conceive, design and execute development interventions to enhance talent capabilities and anchor learning strategy creation and L&amp;D projects for a couple of functions / LOBs. 1. Learning Management System : - Content Management (internal course design and development / external content curation along with platform partners) - Driving coverage and adaption of LMS 2. Digital Learning Platforms : - Content management and adaption of mobile learning platform across the organization - Anchoring new feature launches - Partnering with partners like Coursers for specific skill building initiatives 3. Learning partner for a couple of functions / LOBs : - Partnering with the business and HR teams to define the learning needs and plan a development roadmap for the function - Responsible for governance of capability development strategy (needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized interventions, delivery of programs and evaluation of training effectiveness - National Learning program Manager for Digital interventions throughout the organization - Continuously researches and develops new age tech solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning.
