Job Description : - Set up and lead the L&D function for the organization - Implement new LMS for the organization - Identify training needs through skill gap analysis - Support the firm in change management and support employees adjust to the fast changing culture through critical learning interventions - Introduce a robust training program - Design a competency framework - Support the HR Head on TM and OD initiatives The relevant candidate must have : - A total of 3 to 8 years of experience - At least 3 years of experience in L&D as a COE - Strong stakeholder management skills - Ability to set up new best practices from a learning perspective to match the vision of the organization
