Summary : Manager - Training and (L&amp;OD HR role) - Contributing in designing L&amp;D and OD strategy and executing the same. Delivering value to the organization with focus on soft skills training and talent management. - Candidates only from Pharma Industry and Mumbai Base Required. Training Management : - Identifying and collating T&amp;D needs through performance management system and close collaboration with functional / departmental heads. - Creating annual training calendar. - Designing &amp; developing programs as per requirement and meeting the objectives. Amending and revising the capsules as per environment changes. - Managing the delivery of T&amp;D programs. Ensure spend within the budgets. - Deploying tools to evaluate R&amp;D programs with focus on change achieved and RoI. - Helping line managers and solve specific problems either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Organization Development : - Support domain teams in alignment of organization design to business strategy. - Identify issues and process gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity and minimize redundancies. Talent Management : - Talent review, identification, competency assessment, closure on feedback and creation of individual development plans. - Understands and supports in running assessment centres. - Contribute to design and drive Learning Management System for effective delivery of training capsules. - Understands and articulates objective stating with consultants for running programmes through them. - Support in building the talent pipeline, in tandem with hiring team, for critical positions by developing robust career &amp; succession planning mechanisms. - Support, hiring team, with tools to ensure zero talent gaps ensuring the right person for the right job. 5 Days Working Company
