Manager - L&OD with a leading MNC based at Gurgaon

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Create, deliver and measure effectiveness of long-term learning strategy in line with KFC India business priorities.

- Build & deliver best-in-class learning solutions to build capability in organizational leadership and restaurant management, establishing the North Star of - Leader as Teacher .

- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the area of Organizational Development / Effectiveness & Leadership Development by helping create & execute a multi-year L&OD strategy for KFC India.

- Manage budgets & vendors, end to end administrative management of learning interventions for business stakeholders within the KFC Equity system & also to our Franchisee Business Partners.

- Collaborate with the KFC Global L&OD team to build capability & rollout programs.

- Partner with Franchise partners to agree on - One system- creation & execution of Learning & OD Agenda.

Leadership Development

- Build CXO succession through a six-month cohort program for senior leaders in association with ISB / IIM-A focusing on strategic acumen, organizational leadership and trade off based decision making in business

- Executive Coaching - run external/ internal Executive Coaching programs for select leaders as required.

- Build capability in Operations through learning interventions for example Heartstyles, Sales Capability and Commercial Acumen.

- Conduct diagnosis, develop/design modules, enable delivery of modules, Feedback summarizing & improvements in adherence to the learning calendar. Create the Learning Road Map for all functions based on IDP / People Capability Matrix.

- Identify organization wide learning themes and put together programs to elevate capability in areas of Influencing, Communication, Collaboration etc.

Business Capability Building

- Build & Strengthen Restaurant Leadership through structured Learning continuums e.g. Developing Champions (DC) Modules Updation and Execution

- Drive Customer Centricity through interventions e.g. Customer Mania Modules

Support in Global Regional Development Projects

- Adopt & Adapt global Learning programs to the India context (e.g. from Australia etc)

Support in building & running global programs e.g. World Class Operations (WCO) Model/ Ops College

- Any industry would do.

- Person must be having hands on experience in L&OD.
