Role Purpose :
- To manage the BAU operations of administering Learning & Capability Administration tasks within the HRSSC.
Key Accountabilities :
- Local Market and Global Learning admin activities delivered within the agreed SLAs
- Manage performance of the team and achievement against SLAs
- Transition Local Market and Global Learning admin
- Manage the Learning & Capability Development team, ensuring the BAU operations of learning Admin are managed
- Manage centralized administration & hosting of e-learnings/ WBTs, Instructor led trainings, Virtual classroom sessions and learning academies
- Provide Learning MIS to stakeholders in learning community across the globe
- Manage both Global as well as Local Market Learning requests and their delivery through LMS system
- Manage enrollment of employees & externals into the learning courses & events
- Management of all key stakeholders and Learning CoE's. Interacting with stakeholders in all markets to agree the scope of services, SLAs and governance process.
- Become a member of the Learning & Capability Development Community, representing the Global Shared Service Centre and identifying requirements for delivery
- Responsible for delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs for all Learning & Capability administration activity, measuring these and reporting back on achievement
- Manage continuous process improvement and making the processes more efficient and effective
- Manage all the recruitment related activites and ensure that right skilled people are recruited into the team
- Monthly dashboard and reporting on metrices
- Team development, performance management of team & recruitment of employees within team
- Interactions with all key learning community stakeholders from each local market
- Member of the Learning & Capability Development community
- Member of the Global HR Services Team

Essential :
- Overall 10+ years of experience in e-learning space
- Learning Systems implementation or Administration as business owner
- HR Shared Services or Learning Admin Operations Experience
- Versed with L&D function and processes
