Learning & Development Manager ( Taxation/Accounting) Hiring for L&D Manager (Taxation/Accounting based) Location : Bangalore Salary : Upto Rs 15 LPA - Designs and develops an effective training plan for the employees - Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training programs, including assessing the performance of individuals attending training programs - Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees - Experience working with Tax/Audit/Finance Industry will be an added advantage. - On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions - Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training in consultation with the controllers. - Support controllers in creating training modules/ppts videos - Preparing & Publishing an Annual training plan based on TNA and ensuring seamless execution of the calendar - Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled - Work with the area SME's and training staff to ensure that all aspects of the training curriculum are met. - Ensures that the employee is capable and able in a consistent manner to demonstrate these new skills. - Own Snack and Learn session - Own Soft skill training - Own and drive outside trainer relations - Perform other related duties as required and assigned - Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
