Manager : Learning & Development & talent


- The Learning and Development Manager will manage multiple learning programs for employees, High Potentials, managers ,and Leaders.


- This includes leading needs analysis activities, setting program strategy and direction, organizing, and overseeing facilitators, course evaluation and analysis.


- Building strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups, will continually dive deep to understand the learning needs, using data and insights into the business to build or adapt learning methods, materials or technology that will support the learners.


- The Manager will be responsible to Collaborate with business leaders across functions, to build and manage a variety of learning and development programs and offerings.


- Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs in a rapidly growing and changing organization- Managing the delivery of training and development program.


- Conducting in-house session at regular interval- Ensuring compliance trainings are completed on time without any deviation


- You should have in-depth expertise in Designing and sourcing learning solutions to address identified needs. Facilitate organizational development and change.


- Designing & managing the end-to-end Talent Management process


- Experience in Designing, developing & driving learning interventions across the talent life cycle at the organization.


- Management of LMS (Learning management system) and tracking training hours.


- Managing training budget, logistics, MIS and reporting on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis


- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending relevant courses. Dimensions

Internal : Stakeholders from across business, IT R&D & Enabling Functions and Employees

- Learning partners Key Result Areas


- Planned versus actual training


- Implementation of new training methodologies


- Completion of Managerial Effectiveness Program


- Training Effectiveness evaluation based on pre-defined criteria's


- Training feedback >4 (on scale of 1 -5)


Job Specifications:


Education : Post-Graduation/MBA from reputed institute.


Experience :


- 7to 12years professional experience in the field of learning / employee development / talent management.


- Track record of introducing new strategies, innovative learning methods and use of technology and transforming learning within organizations.


- Strong stakeholder management, project management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.


- Ability to effectively interact with Senior Leadership.


- Capability to operate and implement in a matrix organization, with and without direct supervisory control.
