- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy (Leadership, Behavioral & Technical) - Lead a team of L&D professionals
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills keeping in view Essential Leadership Capability framework
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, Collaborate with departments to align L&D with business goals
- Drive coaching culture to improve work performance and relationships
- Implement a strong Learning and growth culture
- Implement Learning management system
Preferred Qualification :
- MBA from recognized University with 5+ years of experience
- Passion for delivering Leadership / Behavioral Trainings
- Certifications in Professional Coaching, Instructional design is preferred
