Salary: 25 to 30 LPA

Role and Responsibilities :

Manager Learning & Development

- L&D. Will report to CHRO and needs to handle the function independently.

- Establishment and running of a robust learning need diagnostic process for clients

- Training Need Identi- cation, linking to PDP and goal sheet, Analysis & Training Calendar

- Competency building, set up 4 successful Training Transition, hire Develop Trainers. Partnered with di- erent Vertical heads and Firm HR team to create, develop, implement ss & manage learning & development initiatives, chalk out Training progressions and TNI's.
