Key Accountabilities :
- Design, Delivery and effectiveness of learning interventions at the location
- Support the ongoing requirements gathering across the business to identify People Development needs. (Real-time functional, behavioural needs)
- Research & benchmark potential options, internally and externally, and determine the appropriate learning solutions.
- Deliver/facilitate specific learning interventions.
- Coordinate the ongoing communication of Best Practice to a developing pool of internal trainers across the business.
- Work with other L&D Head, external consultants and colleagues to schedule and report on all learning activity.
- Effective coordination of training rooms, equipment, training materials, guest speakers and outsourced trainers to ensure the smooth running of programme delivery
- Drives learning processes and systems through HRBPs, Direct Communication, My HR and Saba
- Create and manage relevant learning materials to The Vodafone Way standard utilizing a range of methodologies.
- Identifies opportunities and implements improvements to content, programme materials and delivery
- Reviews and updates training material on a regular basis, works with external vendors for content creation and contextualization
- Accountable for the quality of all learning materials for People Development activities.
- Demonstrate a highly engaging and interactive training style that ensures retention and application of learning
- Proactively maintains the specialist and professional knowledge required to deliver accurate and current training solutions.
- Shares best practice with other team members on a regular basis and networks to understands the bigger L&D / HR picture
Must to Have :
- Ability to design, deliver and evaluate people orientated L&D interventions in a fast paced, continually developing organization.
- Creative ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Effective management of training programs using an already existing Learning Management System.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to deliver training and produce written materials in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and able to manage own work load
- Ability to work closely in a team
- Able to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Good facilitation skills.
