Learning & Development Manager- Kolkata for a very large and renowned MNC headquartered in Kolkata. Seasoned L & D professional with minimum7 years of experience in leading L & D function in reputed organizations known for their focus on developing learning organization may respond urgently to us.

Reporting : Country HR Head

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop L & D road map for the organization covering corporate, sales and manufacturing functions

- Incorporate global HQ norms and guidelines in the plan

- Develop budget for the function

- Get key stake- holders buy-in for the initiatives

- Lead the L& D and OD vertical for the organization

- Meet the key metrices regarding the expected outcomes

- Coordinate and manage the initiatives across locations

- Upgrade and lead on-boarding process
