Spencer's Retail: Manager - Learning &amp; Development This role is responsible for - - Design and develop behavioural training modules - Delivery of behavioural training modules along with internal and limited external faculty - Working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; - Leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others, and operating within a defined budget. - Development and implementation of standardized and or customised training modules based on a multi-point and comprehensive need identification exercise - Measuring training effectiveness and develop subsequent plan of action. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES / DELIVERABLES: - Creates training material and content for training modules based on behavioural requirements - Researches for content, material and anecdotes related to the module, and incorporate them into training presentations. - Review current training materials (handouts, games and exercises, if any) and create new ones concurrent to the modules. - Developing / writing training content for behavioural programs basis Adult Learning &amp; Individual Development Principles - Ability and experience to deliver training programme - Enable &amp; support trainers in delivering the developed content - LEARNING AND GROWTH: - Liasioning with line manager and other stake holders for identification of learning requirements and prospective trainers including internal trainers - Co-ordination with the corporate /regional teams for program delivery - Vendor management - Coordinating with Certification manager for annual Re-certification for all internal trainers - FINANCIAL: - Achieve budgeted man-days of training as per plan - Achieve budgeted training Opex as per business plan - Reviews, Plans, Develops and Executes a comprehensive certification program to provide the organization with meaningful and accurate training efficacy - CUSTOMER: - Pre and post-program communication to target participants. - Making appropriate changes in training content/faculty based on feedback - Works closely with stake holders and experts (internal and external) in researching, developing and executing new certification program - Provide assistance to other managers on need basis
