A leading restaurant chain based in Gurgaon known for it's award-winning Indian food. With a legacy of 29 years, it currently operates 16 outlets across Delhi/ NCR. The brand is known for it's high quality, tasty and consistent food.

The brand is well positioned to capitalize on the opportunity of consolidating the largely unorganized Indian food delivery space which is the most ordered cuisine across India.

As a Learning & Development Manager, You will be responsible for fostering continuous learning, and promoting a culture of growth and development.

What you need to do:

- Conducting thorough assessments of the organization's learning needs through collaboration with department heads and key stakeholders.

- Developing and implementing strategies to address identified skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.

- Designing and creating effective training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Utilizing a variety of training methods and tools to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences.

- Conducting training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills.

- Fostering a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and collaboration.

- Overseeing the implementation and management of the Learning Management System.

- Monitoring and tracking employee progress and training effectiveness through the LMS.

- Developing and implementing evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

- Analyzing feedback and making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives.

- Collaborating with HR and department managers to identify opportunities for professional development.

- Providing guidance on career development paths and assisting employees in creating individual development plans.

- Managing the training budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient utilization of resources.

- Sourcing and evaluating external training vendors when necessary.

What you need to have:

- Degree in professional cookery, culinary arts or related field with Head Chef experience

- Proven experience in training blue-collar employees in the culinary and hospitality domain.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
