JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and Deliver Short Trainings and Induction Programmes - Content Development (Create classroom / e-learning modules as per needs) - Knowledge of software tools like Canva, Adobe etc to create the content - Explore and implement new Learning Technologies and Methodologies - Identify T&D needs for Services Organisations and devise Individual Learning Plans - Design, Oversee and Manage the Delivery of Training and Development programmes - Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes - Work closely with TL, concerned training partners and the HR team to come up with required training programs - Work on L&D related special projects from time to time EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION : - 5-6 years- experience of delivery of Non-Technical Training Modules - Experience in Consulting, Big 4, BFSI, Law Firms, HR Consulting Firms etc. - Be proficient in Content Designing - Significant experience in working on E-Learning Platforms and Practices - Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - Good ability to build relations with stakeholders - A Masters Degree in Humanities, Business or Psychology
