Manager - Learning & Development - Professional Services Firm (5-6 yrs)
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION :
- (Must Have) Ownership and upgradation of the LMS
- (Must Have) Create e-learning / online learning modules as per our needs
- Design emails / templates (eg Learning Capsule) from time to time
- Explore and implement new learning technologies and methodologies
- Identify T&D needs for members and devise individual learning plans
- Design, oversee and manage the delivery of training and development programmes
- Develop and take effective induction / orientation programmes for new members
- Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes
- Work within the allocated budget and find solutions to implement the required training
- Work closely with TL, concerned training partners and the HR team to come up with required training programs
- Work on L&D related special projects from time to time
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION :
- (Must Have) Experience with Professional Services Firms (Big 4 Consulting, Big 4 Accounting, Law Firms, HR Consulting Firms)
- 5-6 years- experience of working on an L&D Asst Manager / Manager
- Be proficient in Content Designing
- Significant experience in working on E-Learning Platforms and Practices
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Good ability to build relations with stakeholders
- MBA - HR (Experience in L&D)
