Position: Manager L&D
Location: Mumbai
Responsibility:
2012/13 batch
Will do a gap analysis - meaning the requirements of the job and the present capability- gap assessment
Normally happens after performance appraisal
Also will discuss with various HODs regarding the gaps in employees
Should be able to develop capability of people through training
Training would be outsourced - but if can do herself, would be ideal
OD implementation
Education: MBA in HR from premier Institute (2012-2013) batch
