1. Training Need Identification
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the organisation; identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the organsiation level
- Review My Development Plan at an individual level & track progress
2. Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Plans, organizes and facilitates learning interventions
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
3. Embracing and implementing various types of training.
- Develop different aiding tools and technology to help learners via variety of tools and methodologies (visual, audio, kinetic, experiential, etc)
- Embrace various learning methodology such as coaching, e-learning, classroom training, job-shadowing, and workshops.
4. Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions
- Perform evaluations, and reference checks to ensure superior quality of external trainers and training interventions within budget while sourcing them.
- Managing vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of training interventions by effectively tackling interpersonal issues, or matters related to coordination or cost. Talent Management
- Execute the Talent Management Strategy for the organsiation & keep the strategy in-line with the Business Strategy
- Participate in the Potential Assessment process & track progress on development plans
