Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and informative scripts and content for training videos, specifically focusing on legal topics.
- Conduct extensive research to ensure accuracy and relevance of legal content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for creating effective training materials.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality training materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance training effectiveness.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating L&D sessions, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs and develop learning strategies to address those needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the L&D team in various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lawyer or in a similar legal role.
- Strong legal background with knowledge of legal terminology, concepts, and principles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents or creating legal content.
- Prior experience in editing or content writing, preferably in the legal field.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research and synthesizing complex information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and development.
- Experience with video scriptwriting and content creation for training purposes.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
