Manager Learning & Development - The role holder is responsible for managing the Learning & Development agenda for identified businesses/functions and for specific interventions organized by L&OD function for the organization. As a learning partner for the business, the person will manage the learning priorities end to end (identify, plan, execute, track and monitor - Liaises with business stakeholders to identify learning priorities, plan and execute and ensure active adoption and completions - Conduct needs assessment for identified set of businesses/functions - Partner with the business on unique projects that cater to specific business needs, as well as support in roll out of organisation wide initiatives - Support the development interventions planning and execution for the critical talent pool - Design and develop content for soft skills modules - Engage with third party learning partners and build relationships for ensuring the best fit for the organisation - Maintain current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices and future trends - Closely review, monitor and share insightful learning analytics support with inferences, with stakeholders that in turn enables decision making. - Facilitation skills for conducting in house programs for up to first time manager levels - Awareness and hands on experience with digital learning platforms Experience - 8-10 years' experience in Learning & Development - Experience in working with leaders / cross functional teams / multiple stakeholders in both design and delivery of learning programs Position Summary : Position Manager - Learning & Development Skills - Interpersonal skills to work with people across levels (both internal and external - training/learning partners) - Written and spoken communication skills - Initiative and ability to offer new ideas - Strong team working skills - Organising, prioritising, planning, multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment - Strong domain knowledge and proven experience in L&D.
