Salary Range : 9 - 12 LPA

Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to-end training activity for the core employees up to senior management level.
- This will include inductions, commercial training, soft skills, management development and some technical skills.
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
- Designing, both in-house and with vendors, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, and one on one sessions, action learning & e-learning.
- Delivering these blended solutions and training sessions to the delegates, mostly at management level
- Manage and oversee the development.
Important :
- Should be from BPO background
- Knowledge of competency frameworks is a must
- Content Development experience is a must
