Position Overview:
The Learning & Development Manager role is a critical strategic role within the LCN. The LDM works closely with senior leadership (Programme Director, Managers & Talent team) to set the direction for staff development at LCN. The LDM will also charter out the learning journey for all the team members in LCN catering to their developmental needs and upskilling them. You will also lead the planning and preparation of various L&D Programs
In addition, you will advise team managers on all L&D-related aspects and support the facilitation of the L&D Programs
This position will be based in our Gurgaon office.
Key Relationships - Reports to: Talent Business Partner, LCN
Major Responsibilities:
- The major responsibilities will focus upon, but may not be limited to, the following activities: Leading Content Design & Delivery
- Working with the leadership team, staffing manager & business partner to understand the learning needs al LCN
- Create learning & PD programs for the Analyst cohort to meet their developmental needs
- Work with speakers (external/internal) to plan and coordinate for training sessions end to end
- Curate on-demand content & other asynchronous interventions and communicate to learners
- Adapt to changes in business setup and do a careful impact assessment of curriculum etc. and realignment of processes
- Introduce innovative and creative ways to deliver content to the teams, both in person and remotely L&D Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient and consistent execution of the learning programs
- Ensure publishing of Learning Dashboard and reports that can be shared with Leadership
- Create and report on learning and development metrics on a regular basis to the leadership team Ensure regular feedback is collected and integrated into the development programs Performance Management
- Integrate the learning and development curriculum closely with the performance management processes
