Client: Large American IT Multinational - Big player in Cloud space.

Title : L & D Manager

Job Location : Bangalore

Experience: 10-12 years

- Should have strong Soft skills Training Delivery experience for Technical (Preferably R&D work force).

- To manage L & D function in India for our clients R&D division.

- Will be an Individual Contributor to start with and over a period of time form a team & manage the L & D Function for the india R&D Operation.

- Position will be Reporting to Sr. Manager L&D (Based in US/UK).

- Till date the L&D needs where fulfilled through external trainers & Trainers from Headquarters.

- If you are currently based in Bangalore.

- If you have worked for IT Product Organizations.

- If you have strong training delivery (Face to face / Virtual) experience preferably for IT Technical (Preferably R&D) workforce.

- If you have worked in an environment where you have reported to remote boss and team.

- If you have good experience in managing team & Leading L&D function for R&D Function.
