India L&D deploys instructor led, competency based training programs for employees across levels and locations. The high volume of programs warrants a strong L&D Operations Manager to own the end to end deployment of our programs while streamlining internal processes to improve the team's operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee all operational activities for India L&D; this implies end to end ownership for the design and deployment of all pan India programs across various levels offered as part of the monthly training calendars in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

- India owner for the New Hire Orientation program - ensure successful deployment, ongoing review and upgradation of the program design to ensure effectiveness.

- Strengthen internal processes for branding and communication, needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics. Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement such projects.

- Conduct monthly audits to evaluate quality of training content, facilitators etc. and take appropriate measures for course correction as needed.

- Source and manage relationships with external training delivery partners.

- Develop and establish robust governance mechanisms, metrics and dashboards to enhance, measure and track our monthly trainings.

- Create platforms and structures to facilitate post-learning evaluation.

- Create / upgrade training content and facilitate training programs for different audience groups.

- This position will directly manage a team of Program Specialists/ Training Coordinators in the three locations and therefore will need to be a very strong people manager.

- As part of the India L&D Team, contribute to its strategy, management and development.

Basic Qualification

- At the least 7 - 8 years' experience in Learning and Development.

- 3+ years as a people manager with demonstrated experience with coaching, developing others, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflict.

- Excellent organization and project management skills- this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.

- Should be passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworks that scale. This role requires content development and facilitation expertise.

- Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.

- Strong project management experience on large scale projects. Lean/ kaizen/ six sigma or similar certifications strongly preferred
