- To create an induction and orientation program for Health agency team
- To create and manage onboarding program for Health Agency team
- To understand the learning requirements from the key stakeholders, to strategise & design the learning programs using 70-20-10 principle of learning
- To calendarize and implement/execute the agreed learning programs
- To evaluate the efficacy of the programs, generate insights and make necessary changes in the design to make it more relevant for building capabilities
