Job Profile :

Mission :

To act as a subject matter expert in the area of Leadership Development. To partner with the HR BPs to identify and link workforce strategy to business strategy, and design initiatives around Leadership Development.

Areas of Responsibility :

- Leadership Development

- Facilitate the roll out of diagnostic instruments such as 360 Degree Feedback, Upward Feedback

- Provide logistic support for smooth implementation of Succession Planning exercise

- Portfolio Management - Local Leadership Development programs

To have an in-depth understanding of the assigned portfolio-locally defining, setting up and updating the scope and content of the respective portfolio :

- Driving changes of local portfolio,

- Transfer & launch new programs and review existing programmes,

- SLE Programs - Support in compiling the list of nominations to SLE programs and coordinating with the Global Learning Campus to ensure coverage

- MIS Roll-out the MIS on the PMP & LD activities as per agreed time lines to the target recipients. Analyze and escalate issues needing immediate attention

Performance Management Process (PMP) :

- Maintain and enhance performance management related processes, including project planning, execution of performance management processes throughout the year, communication, ongoing process improvement and effective integration of current and future systems.

- Responsible for developing training and communication programs aimed at aligning employee activities with performance management practices and organizational goals.

- Produce tools and resources for individual development

- Building manager capabilities in performance management, feedback, and coaching

- Assess the effectiveness of the PMP process

- Graduate in any discipline with PG/ Diploma in Human Resources Management and experience of 5 - 7 years

- Effective Interpersonal skills and Excellent Communication Skills

- Should be able to Initiate and Drive Functional Projects independently
